Scott has over twenty-five (32) years of large scale data center and technical operations management, overseeing technical operations and footprints for companies like Yahoo, Apple, Elecgronic Arts/BioWare, DuPont Fabros and AT&T.  Specializing in site selection and contract negotiations for data centers and technical properties, he has also had leadership roles in numerous design and implementation projects involving facility infrastructure, network operation centers, systems and storage administration and physical security deployments. Scott has delivered numerous presentations on a variety of data center topics, including emerging economic trends and user experience and is also a fully accredited and licensed California Real Estate Broker (#01787192).

Jeff has over fifteen (15) years of expertise working with organizations like Yahoo, Overture and Homestore, and consulting with companies such as Myspace, Tribune, Fox Interactive, and Edmunds.com to name a few.  His focus has been on near and mid-term critical infrastructure strategy for high growth organizations, specializing in infrastructure design optimization, streamlined decision and procurement support, site selection, rate normalization and contract negotiation.
